Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened milk (almond, dairy, or oat milk)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Sweetener & Flavor
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberry Layer
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for macerating strawberries)
Optional Toppings
  • Sliced almonds
  • Granola
  • Extra strawberries
  • Pumpkin seeds

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds.
  2. Add honey and vanilla, stir well.
  3. Macerate strawberries with honey.
  4. Layer oats and strawberries in jars.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Add toppings and serve.

Notes
