Method
- Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in skillet and cook salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes.
- Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until cooked through.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice for sauce.
- Simmer sauce in skillet and add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
- Return salmon to pan and coat with sauce before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
- Do not overcook the salmon.
- Spoon sauce over salmon while cooking for extra glaze.
