- Preheat oven to 300°F and grease silicone muffin mold.
- Blend eggs, cottage cheese, cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Divide bacon and cheese into molds and pour egg mixture over.
- Place mold in baking dish and add hot water halfway up sides.
- Bake 28–32 minutes until just set.
- Cool 5 minutes before removing and serving.
