Method
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, lime zest, and juice. Rest 15 minutes.
- Sear in olive oil 5–6 minutes per side until 165°F internal temperature.
- Remove chicken. Sauté garlic in butter for 30 seconds. Deglaze with broth. Add cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan and lime juice. Simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to pan. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
- Avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Do not boil cream rapidly.
- Add cheese gradually.
- Spoon sauce over chicken while cooking.
