Method
- Activate yeast in warm milk and sugar.
- Mix in pumpkin, butter, egg, and dry ingredients.
- Knead dough until smooth.
- Let dough rise until doubled.
- Roll out, add filling, and shape rolls.
- Let the rolls rise again.
- Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.
- Prepare glaze and spread over warm rolls.
