Method
 

  1. Sift powdered sugar into a bowl to remove lumps and ensure a smooth icing base.
  2. Add milk, corn syrup, and vanilla extract, then stir gently until a thick mixture forms.
  3. Adjust consistency by adding small amounts of milk until desired thickness is achieved.
