- Pat chicken dry for crisp skin.
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, herbs, chili flakes, and lemon juice.
- Rub marinade over drumsticks evenly. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C), prepare a tray with foil or parchment. Arrange drumsticks spaced apart.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway. Chicken is done at 165°F (74°C).
- Rest chicken 5–10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges, serve with sides of choice.
