Ingredients
  

Main Protein
  • 4 6 ounces each salmon fillets
Marinade and Flavor Base
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
Finishing Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry and prepare the lemon garlic marinade.
  2. Brush marinade evenly over the salmon fillets.
  3. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil it.
  4. Cook salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes.
  5. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3–4 minutes until flaky.
  6. Rest briefly, garnish with parsley and lemon, and serve.
