Method
- Boil water and cook tapioca pearls for 15 minutes until chewy.
- Make brown sugar syrup and coat pearls in the syrup.
- Brew strong black tea and allow it to cool slightly.
- Add pearls and syrup to the bottom of glasses with ice.
- Pour tea and milk into the glass and stir gently.
Notes
- Always use freshly cooked boba pearls for the best texture.
- Adjust sweetness by reducing condensed milk or syrup.
