Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pineapple chunks drained well

  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Creamy Dressing
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped topping thawed
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Classic Add-Ins
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped pecans optional

Method
 

  1. Drain and dry all fruit thoroughly.
  2. Whisk sour cream, whipped topping, sugar, and vanilla.
