Ingredients
  

For the Wings
  • 2 pounds chicken wings split and tips removed
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Classic Buffalo Sauce
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
  • Sweet BBQ Sauce
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Dry and season wings.
  2. Bake 40–45 minutes until crispy.
  3. Prepare chosen sauce in saucepan.
  4. Simmer and thicken sauce properly.
  5. Toss hot wings in sauce.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Always dry wings thoroughly.
  • Toss wings while hot for best coating.
  • Adjust sweetness and spice to preference.
  • For extra crispiness, broil 2–3 minutes at the end.
