Ingredients
  

Chicken Tikka Topping
  • 2 cups boneless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
Pizza Base
  • 1 large pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Vegetables and Garnish
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Marinate diced chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, salt, and oil for 20 minutes.
  2. Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 7–8 minutes until cooked and slightly charred.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and roll pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Add mozzarella, cheddar, cooked chicken tikka, onions, bell peppers, and corn.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust is golden.
  7. Rest for 2–3 minutes, garnish with cilantro, chili flakes, and oregano, then slice and serve.
