Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan
  • 1 ½ cups marinara
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil

Method
 

  1. Pound chicken to even thickness.
  2. Bread with flour, egg, breadcrumbs.
  3. Pan-fry 4–5 minutes per side.
  4. Top with sauce and cheese; bake 15 minutes at 400°F.
  5. Rest 5 minutes and garnish.
