  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 ¼ cups fresh blueberries tossed in 1 tablespoon flour
For the Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Preheat oven and prepare loaf pan.
  • Mix cream cheese filling until smooth.
  • Prepare batter and fold in blueberries.
  • Layer batter and cream cheese; swirl gently.
  • Bake 55–65 minutes.
  • Cool fully before slicing.
