  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced

  4. Brush slider buns with melted butter and lightly toast.
  5. Assemble sliders with BBQ chicken and desired toppings. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the pan so chicken cooks evenly.
  • Shred chicken while warm for easier texture.
  • Simmer BBQ sauce on low heat to avoid burning.
  • Toast buns to prevent soggy sliders.
  • Avoid overfilling so sliders stay intact.
