  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Cheese and Dairy
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
Pasta and Assembly
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente

Method
 

  1. Cook chopped bacon until crisp, then add ground beef, onion, and garlic; cook until browned.
  2. Stir in BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, and seasonings; simmer briefly to combine.
  3. Mix ricotta with half of the cheddar and mozzarella.
  4. Layer baking dish: meat sauce, noodles, cheese mixture; repeat layers and finish with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 40–45 minutes until bubbly. Rest before slicing.
